That\u2019s despite Booker receiving a voting lift on Twitter from Kendall Jenner, whose tweet last week has garnered nearly 13,000 retweets.<\/p>\n<p>It surely helped Thompson that he returned last week from a two-plus-year absence. The first revealed returns of fan votes favored Thompson\u2019s 367,743 votes to Booker\u2019s 338,526 a week ago.<\/p>\n<p>Thompson has appeared in two outings since the first voting results were revealed. While limited to 20 minutes per game, he is averaging 15.5 points since his much-awaited return.<\/p>\n<p>In voting, Booker was followed in fan votes by Chris Paul in the first returns, but Los Angeles Lakers guard Russell Westbrook (576,512) has since overtaken Paul (561,896) in the latest update.<\/p>\n<p>Phoenix center Deandre Ayton has held his position as the 10th frontcourt player in the voting.
