He scored 17 points in 20 minutes with three three-pointers, including a poster dunk that brought his journey full circle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The Warriors\u2019 celebration began as soon as Thompson announced his return with a Space Jam movie-inspired clip posted on his social media accounts. Steph Curry, who lit up for 28 points and four three-pointers in Monday\u2019s win, asked fans on social media to post their favorite Thompson moments in anticipation of \u201cKlay Day.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Monday afternoon pre-game, all Thompson\u2019s teammates arrived to Chase Center wearing a Thompson No. 11 jersey. Curry warmed up still wearing his Thompson jersey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Once the game started, NBA players from around the league chimed in to share how Thompson\u2019s return made them feel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>LeBron James Tweeted a flurry of flame emojis in response to someone excited for his return.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Retired NBA champion Dwyane Wade tweeted: \u201cGood morning!!! Today is Klay Day! Welcome back @KlayThompson.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Minnesota Timberwolves\u2019 Patrick Beverley, a thorn in the Warriors\u2019 side for years, tweeted: \u201cThe Game has missed @KlayThompson glad u back gang.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Retired player and 2016 NBA champion with the Cavaliers Channing Frye tweeted: \u201cI\u2019ve seen hundreds of players come back but I\u2019ll say personally \u2018I almost shed a tear for Klay and his journey.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Three-time sixth-man of the year Jamal Crawford added tweeted: \u201cSo dope seeing Klay back on the court!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum tweeted: \u201cThe game missed Klay.
