The Washington Wizards will sign Greg Monroe to a 10-day contract.
Monroe is finishing up the final day of a 10-day contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Monroe has averaged 6.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 21.0 minutes over three games with the Wolves. Monroe had last played in the NBA during the 18-19 season.
Monroe played collegiately in Washington D.C. for Georgetown.
